The Valley View PTA is excited to announce that we will be participating in the National 2022 PTA Reflections Art Program.
The National PTA Reflections Program is an arts recognition and achievement program for students. Participation in the Reflections Program is a great way for students to express themselves through various art forms. Creating art is a valuable learning process that challenges students to use their critical thinking skills as well as their creative talents to create art that supports a specific theme. Students may submit entries in any of the six arts areas listed below. Only original works of art are accepted. Students may enter one piece in as many arts areas as they wish to participate in.
This year's theme is “Show Your Voice…”
The six arts areas are as follows. Each art area has specific guidelines. See below:
*Literature
*Photography
*Dance Choreography
*Film Production *Visual Arts
*Music Composition
There is also a Special Arts Division Category. See rules here.
Please email Katie Lovewell, katielovewell@gmail.com and Candace Whites
whitescandace@gmail.com with questions.
Student artwork is due by October 10, 2022.

PPIE is proud to support reading and math specialists, librarians, tech specialists, support counselors, STEAM grants for teachers and students, busses for 5th grade Outdoor Education and more. Last year, we raised over $760,000 to support our schools!
We can’t do it without help from our families and we encourage you to contribute what you can. You can also check here to learn if your company provides matching funds. By utilizing your contributions, company match donations, and donations from corporate sponsors, we are able to give back even more to our schools!
