Meet new friends and bring the old to Valley View’s Traditional monthly FUN RUN restaurant “Meet & Eat” fundraisers. A percentage of proceeds will be given back to Valley View. Feel free to share with family, friends and neighbors. Everyone can join in to support our school! Don't forget to put your reciept in the jar on the counter! |

We want to see more families riding their bikes to (VALLEY VIEW) That’s why we’ve invited the BikeMobile to provide free tune ups & repairs for parents and children.
The BikeMobile can fix flat tires, adjust brakes and gears, and even replace broken or worn out parts like chains, seats, and tires. The only thing it can’t do is replace missing wheels or gears. While the mechanics work on your bike they’ll explain how to keep it running smooth.
Bike or no bike, everyone is welcome to attend to learn about maintenance, safety, and more! This is a first come, first serve event. Space is limited to 20 people.
Bring your bikes to (VALLEY VIEW) on _3/25/2022_ between_3-5_. We look forward to seeing you there!

The Pleasanton PTA is pleased to announce a 2022 Community Education Event:
Let’s Crack Open the Grading Conversation
Join us to learn how grading practices that are accurate, bias-resistant, and motivational can improve learning, minimize grade inflation, reduce failure rates, and become a lever for creating stronger teacher-student relationships and more caring classrooms.
Joe Feldman is the author of “Grading for Equity: What It Is, Why It Matters, and How It Can Transform Schools and Classrooms”. His presentation will start promptly at 6:30 and will be followed by a short panel discussion with PUSD students and teachers.

We need your help with Ice Cream sales!
We need 1 person to manage the line (6' apart), 1 person to collect money, 1 person to hand out ice-cream. All ice-cream will be sold in front of the school, right outside the front office. Please sign up to help here.

Join us for our 10th annual Pleasanton Run for Education on Sunday, April 24 at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. Early bird registration is now open, register before March 15 for discounted pricing.
We are looking for volunteers for packet pick-up and the day of the event ( senior hours available). If you want to be part of the fun, but aren’t planning to run/walk the event please consider volunteering.
Our sponsor Fleet Feet is offering a complete 9-week 5K training program that uses the run/walk method to help you build up to running a 5K feeling your best. Training is offered 2-days a week starting this Saturday, Feb. 19 @ 8:30 am. More information on training.
